If zeppelin isn't already downloaded on your device go to cydia search zeppelin and download it 

Step 1: Download ifunbox

Step 2: Download zip and extract it  

Step 3: Connect Device

Step 4: Go to Raw File System 

Step 5: Go to library 

Step 6: Go to Zeppelin 

Step 7: Click and drag the folder onto your device  

Step 8: Disconnect and respring
